1. DELIVERY SERVICES IN 24H IN HO CHI MINH CITY.
- After ordering through the online system, Organic Life will conduct free delivery with wholesale orders valued at over VND 2,000,000 within 24 hours.
- For orders valued at under VND 2,000,000, please pay a fee of VND 40,000.
2. EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME IN HO CHI MINH CITY.
- After completing the order procedure by phone, email, within 24 hours, the seller, agent will receive the order. Comes with delivery service: Fast delivery, Viettelpost, giaohangtietkiem, Grab delivery or company delivery staff.
The products will be carefully covered with foam plastic. Outside is a thick and sturdy carton. Ensure safety during the transport process.
* These are expected time frames. However, there will still be 24-hour Organic Life deliveries but expected hours.

From 00:00 to 10:00 14:00 → 18:00 pm on the same day

3. DELIVERY SERVICES FOR PROVINCES.
- For orders delivered in provinces across the country with orders of more than VND 5,000,000 will be free of delivery. Orders below the order value below VND 5,000,000 will collect delivery fee: VND 80,000.
- Expected time to receive goods: from 5-7 working days.

How to transfer exchanged products back to Organic Life.
When a redemption request is accepted, your partner caregiver will notify you directly to your partner.
Your partner will pack the product in its original state before receiving the goods (including gifts) and bring it to Viettelpost post office, the nearest fast delivery to contact for sending goods to Organic Life.

Details of return policy.
Change payment due to wrong or missing products
- When receiving a product different from the description on the website or missing the order placed, please reply to Organic Life within 48 hours from the time the order is delivered.
- If the time limit is over 48 hours or the order has a control report between the carrier and the partner. Organic Life will not agree to compensate products in all conditions.
- Organic Life will receive information and feedback on how to return the product within 48 hours of receiving the request.
Pay - Refund according to the partner's wishes.
1. Conditions for exchanging returns:
- Partner can return the purchased product at: 198/8 Ho Van Hue, Ward 9, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City within 15 days of receiving the goods (except for products with other regulations) and satisfy the following conditions:
+ The product still has the stamp, label or seal of the manufacturer.
+ Products are full of accessories, promotional gifts.
2. Refund method:
- Organic Life will support partners to return products and not collect any additional costs.
- Partners please send goods to: 198/8 Ho Van Hue, Ward 9, Phu Nhuan District, Tp. Ho Chi Minh.
- Refund method: Organic Life conducts a refund according to the transfer method after receiving the product returned by the partner.
- Organic Life will notify via email and phone number when it has received the product from your partner.
Pay - Refund products due to shipping process
1. Conditions for returning products
- When you receive the product damaged by the shipping process, you need to respond to Organic Life within 48 hours from the time the order is delivered to your partner.
- In case, if there has been a verification report between the carrier and the partner, the company will not agree to exchange - return the product under all conditions.
- If your partner still needs the product of Organic Life, Organic Life will support the treatment of product exchange.
2. Refund method and processing fee
- Your partner will not be charged any kind of riches when making this transaction, the whole shipping fee will be sent to Organic Life.
- Refund method: Organic Life conducts a refund according to the transfer method after receiving the product returned by the partner.
No return - Refund
- For products and cosmetics that use different results depending on the location of each person, so when your partner wants to change the payment - refund the product, please partner to fully prove the information about the product. The product was not as good as the partner's.
- In case the partner does not prove it fully, Organic Life will not perform the change - refund.
- Errors caused by users, improperly preserved (falling apart, not covering the lid to cause dust, distorting the outside of the product, ...), Organic Life will not change and refund.
